Returns

• As our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective.
• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only in cases of:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged product during transit
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized temples made as per customer specifications
• Used or installed products

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After production begins, cancellations are not allowed.
